You do realize that “PvE players” isn’t some monolithic hive-mind, right? Do you even realize that you’d be trolling people who are innocent or do you just not care?
Most of the PvE people are in the custom arenas with other PvE people. They aren’t playing with you. If they are playing with you, they are probably PvP people doing the PvP dailies.

what we have in rated pvp.
In pvp we have truckloads of PvE players who just troll or play only to do dailies. Quadruple cap empty points, play classes they never played before, afk really fast since all they care about is fast wins or loses or w/e. In other words, playing without care about the team or winning.
Why cant we repay that favour? Why cant i join PvE dungeons/fractals with PvE players having no possibilities to kick me.

I only play rated + ive always been decent rated aswell (top 200ish on average).
Since MMR is a non factor in this game, everyone gets matched with everyone tho. You can play with and vs global champions one game and first timers the next.

2) how are you sure THAT is whats happening? if you open the servers list you will see a lot of custom daily maps. How are you sure that isnt just “pvp people” that are just new and kitten?

2) i play rated only so i dont pick servers. Since they admit they are only there for the dailies. PLUS have titles like two time legend, dungeon master, been there done that or run around with fractal stuff.

You don’t play against PvE only, but just normal player just like everybody else that maybe just PvP, maybe do both PvP and PvE. Some try out new profession, not only because of the daily, but because they want to use other profession. Maybe they come back to an old profession because of daily or because they want to. They can have a bad day. Maybe they disconnected or someone knock on the door or they got a phone call, or plenty of other reason. Maybe someone party up with a friend, which is very lower in rank and screw thing up a little because he’s against way better player. Or sometime the matchmaking just put you against better player. I remember a couple of match against people from the Abjured. I can’t do kitten about that and I know I’m gonna get smack. It’s easy to think that everybody except you is doing anything remotely useful in a game. But keep in mind that you don’t see everything and that maybe they have the same opinion about you after a defeat.
I’m not saying that people going afk isn’t frustrating or that bad teamate is fun. But I play with a lot of friends of different level in PvP and they all make that mistake. They blame something, but they don’t have all the information and when I provide with such, then they suddenly realize that they don’t alway have the whole picture.

I do, actually. I played PvP regularly for a month when reward tracks first came out and played 52 ranked games (only won 24 of them), annoyed me to see people AFKing at the spawn point and always wondered why there wasn’t a kick or reporting mechanic.
They’re the same kind of people who leeched the end of Living Story Season 1 events by AFKing and exploiting Retaliation to get tag credit. Reported a bunch of them and I still see them running around. Different mode, same problem.

I’m not sure if anyone reads between the lines on forums, because that a) usually requires some familiarity with the poster to accurately make assumptions about their true intentions and b) there are people who seriously make really, really stupid suggestions. Even if you say something that you believe people should recognize as deliberately being facetious, chances are most people will take it at face value because that’s just how low standards are.
Sorry that you’re having a bad experience in PvP right now, I truly wish ANet does something to improve the situation, but the way you’re venting now just directs more attention to you rather than the actual problem players.

Someone explain to me the logic that someone cannot play both PvE and PvP. I can’t say I know a single PvP player who doesn’t do both, and I’m in a PvP guild.
That being said, I’ve only ever met trollish pvp players in pvp trolling their own matches, because they apparently have nothing better to do, so idk.

Because rational beings wouldn’t vent their frustration on complete and unrelated strangers. Furthermore I’ve never encountered the situation you are explaining. You are either overreacting or was just a coincidence.
