Remove/change hot-join, make it all 5v5, award people for WINING!!! (1st at wining team gets this, 2nd this and so on) not farming. Punish quiters/afk.

I only think tournaments have a chance in the eSports scene, I see no reason why hotjoins should be part of it.
If you want rewards you should play some tournaments.

What tournaments? Even if you have your own team they are joke now. And if they change reward system maybe people will….i don’t know…LEARN TO PLAY?!?!?

The game has zero chance of becoming an esport. Too many titles out that are better in that format.

It reminds me of the WNBA. When people were asked to choose between their local WNBA team winning the championship or receiving $5, like 90% of people picked $5 dollars.

Why would you guys want esports on unfun game? I dont really see any point in that.

Tbh, I really like Guild Wars 2 tournaments, and I would love to see it become an eSport, it got potential, but Anet needs to put a lot of work into it, to make it happen.

If you want esport or any good pvp action you seriously gotta fix elementalists. EU meta is 2 elementalists nearly every single team.

We just had a group without an elementalist and it is so annoying… conditions completely screw you up without having a kitten spamming water and cleansing that kitten… and don’t even get me started on the mobility/healing, plus mist form ressing a downed player, or just buying time for that massive bunker to arrive to the still not capped node to sit there again for the next hour or so…
