Hello,

Perhaps one of the greatest issues facing PvP at the moment is the fact that at least 50% of matches seem to end up being 5v4 or worse. Player attrition means that its pretty hard to find a decent and well balanced game.
I would like to suggest a fix to this.
Consider a buff when a team player leaves the team (increasing as more people leave).
The buff has to be strong because it has to accommodate for a missing player. Something along the lines of:
+10% dmg
+10% dmg protection
-20% cap time
This is just a suggestion really.
I really enjoy pvp its just frustrating that I always seem to be on a team where one person leaves. Even worse when you start out with 4 and you know there is probably little point anyway. This is especially true for ranked PvP.

I’m sure this issue has been raised in other threads, but i haven’t seen a buff suggestion anywhere?
I think its a solution which would save Anet any kind of overhaul and at least provide a temporary fix for what is a very prevalent problem

Dishonor still has to be activated. We’ll first have to see how that works out.

As for giving a buff? Please no, that’s not how it should be.

Razor xxxx (Desolation ; Off)
Bring back: ‘Gamer’ title + MAT’s!
Throw out: Hotjoin!

If you do queued matches (Unranked/Ranked) you’ll rarely get 4v5s. If you’re complaining about unbalanced teams in hot joins (Practice), I think you missed the point of hot joins.

Hot joins are for practicing individual skill or trying out new builds.
