Firstly I’d like to say I love SPvP tourneys. Currently rank 39 I have over 1K games played in tourneys with around the 75% win ratio.

I have been in only one team which disbanded more then a month ago before we even settled with a 5th player.
Finding a team in the server limited heart of the mists does not seem to be possible especially when the LFG tab doesn’t work, hot joins is definitely not a good place to find players as you cannot notice or recognize any skillful players when its just a massive zerg roaming the map like a weird episode of n.geographic. Using external sites is too much of a hassle.

Not having voice in game means any pug teams will lose 99% of the time to any team utilizing an external voice app.

A ranking system would help but what we need is a TEAM VENDOR, a place where you can enroll, try out be accepted or failed all times of day information availability is paramount. Maybe also give more power to team recognition like a team tag? that is separate from guild tags. A lot of teams are having to make new guilds for there 5 man team.
I believe steps have to be taken to bring the community together and like minded/able players find each other

Maybe I’m looking at it wrongly but as it stands I sub for some teams and then other times I cant do any tourneys because its not worth joining a random team where you can’t expand your skillset and you can’t improve other professions as you have no sync in the team which means any results you get from even trying out a new build isn’t reliable. Not one bit
