Can something be done against the player Solum Antrorsum (Acc name MrCyrus.5036)

They are queing soloq on purpose to just afk it from the start. They are going to continue to do this as stated by the person themselves.

And naming and shaming yadda yadda but I don’t care. People who afk from the very start when it’s on purpose need to be name and shamed.

You can report them in game, it’s classified as ‘botting’ and anet have stated that’s where you can report them.

Public execution/deletion of characters for this crap being done in rated pvp games.

One of the reasons I am sitting out of GW2 PvP atm. I might mess aound with story or something when I get bored but…rated pvp when things like ^ this go unanswered by those in charge… ya kitten that
