For those who are bored to read a content designer (from an upcoming MMO)actually claim that a MMO cant be both a PvE and a PvP(as he said there is a difference being a PvP game and having PvP).He is against splitting devs into these 2 aspects.
Well,I kind of agree after thinking it again and again.I cant seem to find a game thats focusing on both sides.One of them will prevail.
To the actual matter now,GW2 tried to cater both as many MMOs try to but ,well, everyone can see how it is ended.I remembered an interview from Colin that the game will be skill based(http://massively.joystiq.com/2011/05/06/guild-wars-2-is-skill-based-says-lead-designer/).Partly agree but all I see is certain rotations over and over again no matter the enemy.
