I had this ranger downed and his pet started to revive him, so I tried fearing the pet and got a “Invulnerable” message. Is there some skill that does this? There’s essentially no way to stomp a ranger in time if you can’t CC the pet. Bug or design?

Luckily the point was mine and I could just kill him again and was in no hurry. But this could have been an important fight in the match and I wanted to know if this was normal.

When a ranger calls their pet to revive them, it will revive the pet should it be downed. If this is the case the pet will gain ~3 seconds of invulnerable from being freshly ressed, that’s really the only way it could have done it, outside of an unlikely bug.

Signet of Stone – Pet gains 6 seconds of Invulnerability
Bears – Defy Pain
Bears also have a trait that give them stability if you CC them. It may or may not be a bug related to that trait. I wouldnt know as i havent run that trait in ages.
