Q:

Hey Forum,

i tried to Fear a Ele with Diamond Skin and i just didnt worked. In my opinion Fear should count as CC and if you got the Trait with Fear dmg eles should just get the CC but without any dmg.

Fear is count as a condition which causes a CC.

It can be cleansed with condi cleanse or stunbreaker.

it’s both, resistance can negate fear and warrior’s berserker stance. It can also be traited to do fear damage aswell.
