Just got +8 MMR for a win… Is anyone else experiencing low MMR gain? Has it been like this lately? Just got back from a trip

Once you duo with someone 300 points below you this starts happening.

Im not. Just got -22 for a loss

In legendary it is always this low or lower. In morning queues you can get +2 or even +1 for wins. This is not even that rare.

Is it supposed to be THIS low? I doubt it because there was never supposed to be such a big difference in rating of players in the same game. But +8? There is no way that kind of gain is not intentional. I see +8 as an average gain for me.

To put it bluntly it means that your enemies were lower rating, likely vs bronze player(s) just think of it as a free win

Wrong. The more games you play the less rating you get.

The joke is, he might have had low ranked teammates (cough bronzies) as well but game does not take it in account.

@OP: 8 is not even that bad. Wait till you get 0 points per win and lose 60 per match.
