Honestly, this balance is just awful. Everyone gets insane amounts of burns, then you laugh it off with an rng generosity sigil proc that FULLY TRANSFERS the condi that transfers. Celestial amulet is far too strong for certain classes (d/d ele good god). Necro/engi/ranger condi death has gotten phenominally worse. I’m sure ive missed some of the obvious awful other builds ive yet to see (who can forget condi mesmer!).
3/10 for this balance, this patch overall is just a shot in the face to people who have been in the pvp community for a while, gg anet….gg.

I have spent more time waiting for a spot to open in a match today than I have spent playing, because it was decided that the game type with the largest capacity should be axed.
I can’t even test out the new traits (that I had to clean out my stock of skills scrolls to unlock) because I am stuck spectating.
Send a condi class to deal with the decap engie. Vs other engineers, necros or condi warriors, its basicly like a kitten regular engineer that doesnt do any counterpressure. Its absurdly bad now. Only viable vs 100% physical dps teams.
The only decap i saw last night died 3-4 times within 30 secs vs me on my PP engineer.
To be honest i saw quite some fun things last night like a good power ranger that solod 2 warriors. But its far too early to state that the current patch is imbalanced or not. People havent figured out optimal builds and gearsetups yet…which will take a few months probably.
I’m bit disappointed tbh, even the hotjoint now it appear similar to SoloQ. Heck, i dont want to take everything always seriously, dont’ enjoy anything right now.
Among the funny things, i’ve seen Warrior not losing any bit of health against mesmer and ranger. Took 3 ppl to kill him.
Ofc ppl need to re-sharp a bit the builds and everything but it appear a bit wtf at the very moment. Bleh.
