We were told that rank rewards would be increased due to glory being no longer attainable. But like last time, they made the rank rewards higher before the patch because they have an ability to adjust it without a patch. But as far as I can see, there hasn’t been any official communication other than its a weekend glory boost.

Is the 1200 rank per solo queue win and 1750 team arena win part of the patch coming on the 18th or is this just a weekend bonus?

Just a weekend bonus. Glory bonus will remain until the 18th.
