On Legacy of the Foefire, almost every match ends in a lord rush or someone manages to solo the Lord; usually its soloing the lord. In my experience there is really nothing that can be done against a team who has someone persistently going after the lord while the other members contest points. The problem is the inability to return to the lord in a timely manner and protect him. Attempting to protect him also forfeits cap points because it takes so long to get to the lord someone snatches them while you were out and recapping them is as harmful as losing the lord all together.

Also Lord kill ending matches are very unsatisfying whether won or lost. Sure it can help end rofl stomp matches but most of the time it feels more like cheese than competition that the only answer is to have a competent team. However, with a competent team what is stopping you from just winning without the lord?

I propose a buff to the lord to prevent soloing and even a party of 2 from being able to kill him. The extreme would be to remove lord all together.

Please no, it’s annoying enough when one or two people cost the game since they go lord and fail constantly as the enemy dominates all the points.

One of my most satisfying wins on Foefire was when my team was down in points sth like 370 to 480 and I ran to decap far to keep us in the game but 2 ppl came to stop me so I hambowed them down and win 2v1, then had 2nd person coming to help me so we take the lord down at 2 seconds left of the game and win.

Foefire is fine.
It may rather need some change to Graveyard.
