I don’t see any criteria for team creation, it’s definitely a random pool choice with no formula whatsoever, that’s the only conclusion I can have.

Based on what are these formulas?

A- win/loss ratio?
Then on 10 attempts the chance to end up with a bad team should 2-3 max…not 8-9

B- rank?
It’s not possible as I played with some amazing r8 and won against r40+ pre-made by 200-300 pts difference, and then I played with r40+ whose level of skill was below terribad

Then based on what are these formula used for matchmaking? Who made these formulas? They don’t make any sense from a mathematical point of view, there is too much luck factor involved.

I see little matchmaking in this game, but zero matchmaking in regards to balance of professions as in a full guardian solo que team vs a balanced team.

I find those 10 game losing streaks mostly due to going against premade (not once but three times in a row) and partially due to people afk, ragequit, no shows.

If they fix that there wouldn’t be anything to complain about, because the rest is just skill.

Match making is based off of hidden rating system unrelated to W/L ratio or ranks.

Because it is a hidden value, we can’t really see what kind of formula or system they are using. But new players such as those r8’s haven’t had the game time exposure for the system to weigh in their rating yet. (E.g those r8’s could be 2nd account holders or those terribad r40+ have really low rating below that of a fresh player.)

The more you win the more you should play with players of your same skill level, but even winning 20 in a row change nothing as you still end up with baddies at the 21 match…so if this formula respect a threshold , how many victories do you need to pass from one bracket to the other?

Some day you get decent players, the following day you get only baddies, how did those baddies end up in the same bracket of those decent players?

If you win 20 to pass from C to B, at B you shouldn’t find anymore players from C..but that’s not the case hence the formula is either wrong or it’s no real

There is no indication of brackets, so I don’t know why you would make assumptions based on brackets. I also find it awfully kitteny of you to say the formula is wrong or not real (whatever that means). They most likely hired a person with academic background with proper knowledge of rating formulas to create the system.

For the majority of my games, I only get matched up improperly when playing late at night. This is most likely due to a severe lack of players at that time. Otherwise I would say my teams get fairly matched.

Agreed, I find matchmaking quite fair.

THe only time it becomes a problem is when there is no other teams present and you get faced with a team that you clearly have no hope to win against.

Last night I faced Jumper X’s team in solo queue (Rank 2 on Leaderboards)
