I really don’t see the reasoning behind making the Necromancer the only class in the game that does not have proper access to their class mechanic in the first fight of any PvP match.

It doesn’t take that long to build up the death shroud meter, there’s a good handful of traits / utility skills / weapon skills related to feeding it, holding it longer and so on.
You’re right, some get their F skills right away: Ranger does get his F2 pet ability, 2 pets to swap, but a fair cool down. Mesmer / Guardian same deal.
Your death shroud can potentially last a good amount of time if you specced into it. Fair trade though for quick – short lasting, vs. potential long lasting death shroud with 4 built in skills.

Warriors begin with 0 adrenaline, too.

Adrenaline naturally degenerates out of combat as far as I’m aware, so it should be balanced around the assumption that a Warrior generally starts a fight with no adrenaline. Life Force does not degenerate for any reason other than using it, so it makes absolutely no sense to have it be set to 0 at the start of a match.

It means you can’t 1v1 any decent player early in the game. In a tourney setting, you can’t send your necro alone to waterfall/quarry, or to the treb in kyhlo.

Yes, I expect to have the ability to actually use my class defining mechanic and have a chance to win without waiting for about 10 people to die before having enough LF to use it? Seriously?

necro has so many ranged skill that help you to grow DS.
if opponent try to go melee, you DS→fear and go on with your skills. maybe you specced wrong way, maybe you ask too much to your playstyle. training is the best solution to your problem.

It’s not that big of an issue. You just have to plan accordingly. Don’t send your necro to do something solo. Necros even with Death Shroud aren’t really great at 1v1s, so in my opinion this is not very important.
