Isn't Retribution an overloaded trait line?

a profession’s overpoweredness affects all other professions negatively in the context of sPvP, so something being overpowered directly affects more people not playing it than the people playing it.
anyways back to the topic at hand:
retribution is probably the most overpowered defensive-oriented traitline in the game right now. each of the minors are overpowered as Enduring Recovery has too much endurance regen on too low of a cooldown, Unwavering Avoidance’s stability is far too long considering how much access to endurance recovery and boon duration increase Herald has, and Determined Resolution is too rewarding for just taking damage (it’s essentially a near permanent Unhindered Combatant, a GM trait the only only allows for a partial -10% reduction uptime).
the major traits aren’t much better in terms of balance either, Eye for An Eye is again rewarding players for getting hit (a “dumbing down” mechanic in the purest sense) and usually makes it more punishing for players to actually land CC onto heralds, and Versed in Stone is easily a strong contender for most overrewarding and braindead trait in the game.
Retribution aside, Herald itself is a problem too. Soothing Bastion is on a stupidly low cooldown period. Offhand shield’s two skills (Crystal Hibernation and EoE) are both way too strong in their sustain given their CDs. either both Soothing Bastion and Crystal Hibernation need to see nerfs or the option to have access to both Soothing Bastion AND Crystal Hibernation just shouldn’t exist.
Staff is also a big problem, Surge of The Mists is absolutely over the top; 9x 2,745 damage with a damage coeffcient higher than backstab plus it’s also is a chainable knockback, and evade. Warding Rift should also NOT block attacks while channeling; as small of a detail this seems, this additional block and reflect (on a 10sec CD) offers a way to completely chain hard-defensive measures that unfairly reduces the window of vulnerability on a Herald considerably. there is no way that this amount of access to blocks, weakness, evades, protection, and straight damage reduction is balanced, especially with the kind of damage coeffecients on rev/herald weaponsets.
