Lately, I’ve been running more and more condition-based builds in sPvP, but I’ve slowly noticed an issue…
Unlike power based attacks and damage, does condition count as a primary or secondary attack? I’ve noticed that ever since I’ve been using Condition Builds, if I kill and finish off an enemy (which was 1 v 1) I won’t get the skirmish at all. Is it due to the fact our Utility Skills dealing a lot of damage and outweighing our primary attacks, or is it because condition damage as a whole is actually meant to be a secondary type attack and doesn’t count as actual damage for a skirmish?
It’s really frustrating as I have to finish off whilst they’re in downstate with really poor power based attacks to get the 10+ glory rank off the skirmish.
I’ve also noticed in PvE, the condition damage does not not always allow you to get the tag on a trash mob for you to get the XP + chance of getting loot. It really makes condition builds (as fun as they are) much less appealing than power builds. (Sorry for bringing PvE into this forum)
