I tested this out extensively in PvP just now and i can safely say its not op. Most hammers seem to miss and Dwarf stance really lets you down. I felt much weaker.
Something that is pretty OP about Rev now is the downed damage though.

Cause Jalis is trash and had no changes whatsoever this patch. Its fun to yolo however and it affect all projectiles. Sword 2, staff 3, axe 4, hammer 1. The damage with hammer 1 and impossible odds is terrifying tbh
