I was just wondering about statement that you made in another thread( Please see below)

As a gamer for many years I am wondering what is more important than balancing games that players play. In my opinion I think that the rating system would be more accurate by placing players of equal abilities against each other, not placing teams. The main question I have is how do you feel the ‘Team Matching’ Balance system makes it so that players fight other ‘players’ not ‘teams’ their own ability? Also how this is not the priority rather than custom arena’s and also ‘spectator mode’, in my opinion there are not many people who would want to spectate on a match which is not balanced?
