Guild Wars 2

I’m not expert by any means and I apologize if it exists already but it’s not that clear to me.
Could they add like ladder PvP like in other games and put you with people of the same league / level in both solo pvp and team pvp and make the pvp a bit more serious adding maps and mode and seasons ?
I mean you go random matches you play with 5 vs 4 with people can’t even use the team chat , you go on arena tournament matches and it’s the same ….

Also add new ways to mark the map , like in other games with retreat signals . hold position not just the red one for everybody .

Anyway as i said if these things exist i apologize just it wasn’t that clear to me and also seems not that clear to the majority of people that i meet ( random people who can’t use the team chat never talks and just randomly run cross the map ).

And if you are like dude play team with team speak , yeah i know but it’s not like every time i want to play a match there are 4 people of my guild on team speak.
