Laurel Question
So, I see we earn laurels in pvp now. Since I don’t PvE I don’t know much about them. Is it 1 laurel per day, per account?
yes it is 1 per day, per acc
So, it has kinda flown under the radar, but isn’t this a huge change? I already earned a laurel today after only playing for around 20 minutes. Won’t this entice PvE players to come join us? To me, this is a great change. Good job Anet, I think this is a great step in the right direction.

On the topic of laurels, apparently people are getting 10 laurels from completely the PvP Monthly now. I wonder if anything will be done to reward those who completed the PvP Monthly before, since 10 laurels (and another one for completing today’s daily after the update) is quite a significant amount.
Won’t this entice PvE players to come join us?
Probably not, since they can still get their laurel from PvE. Still a good change though.
Do you use this new currency to get something useful (preferably in the mists) or is it just some pets or other junk?

Theres a bug currently you can get laurels from both pvp and pve it seems, i just got 1 laurel from a pvp daily, while i had already earned my laurel from pve today.
Actually i like this i hope this bug gets converted to a feature, that would really make me play pvp again.

Yes you lost 10 Laurels same like me;/ If someone did only PVE monthly before patch he will earn another 10 Laurels from PVP monthly after patch.
Great, so if someone have completed both PvE and PvP monthly before the patch (me, for example), that player lost the chance to gain 10 additional laurels… Nice…

Needs a fix ASAP! Please award 10 additional Laurels to those that completed our SPvP Monthly prior to patch!
Who cares. It’s a new reward and wasn’t a reward that pvp players really needed but its nice to have. Noone stole your laurels, just get them next month.
