Guild Wars 2

Im Rank 54 champ illusionist in pvp, and on the top 100 in the leaderboards for NA. I’ve always noticed people with titles such as challenger of the arena, legend of the arena, etc. I wouldn’t mind getting a title like that for myself, so I try harded and made the leaderboards and googled the titles. I found this link:

That link says you can obtain leaderboards via mail from anet.
My question is, is those titles only given out for special events? or will I be receiving one for being on the top 100?
