I am lvl 45, top 200 EU soloq ; How is this even POSSIBLE a lvl 2 with no MMR could be in my team ? Really, this should NEVER happen, I can wait 30 min, 1 hours, as you want, but never give me a lvl < 10 in my team, I would prefer not play at all.
