So there will only be a " Ranked Q" instead of solo Q and team Q. I was wondering if the wins/losses accumulated on both leaderboards will be either merged , reset or completely deleted for the new system ?

What will happen to my current SoloQ and TeamQ Glicko2-rating?

Will it get reset on the 2nd of December, or at the start of the season on 16th?

Yes. Team Arena and Solo Arena stats will combine to create your new Ranked Arena stats. However, your old Team and Solo stats can still be seen in the PvP panel.

Dam….. I should have tried harder in solo Q….. Only 53% win rate which is so bad lol. You guys should at least delete 4v5 matches from the rating then we real esports

I never really tried at solo q and never cared about my w/l otherwise I wouldn’t have played it.

I worked hard to keep my w/l at a good ratio in team q, Its unfair that my rankings would be changed
The fact that your only using team q MMR shows that you know how poorly solo q ranking and w/l is

I never really cared about Solo Queue W/L Ratio, but if that is being merged with Team Q stats, then it’s going to drop my current Team Q ratio down. Sure it doesn’t matter, but I think people with a decent Team Queue W/L ratio, shouldn’t be affected by their Solo Queue ratio. 5K Wins and around 2k Losses on my Team Queue, and if you’re merging Solo Queue, then it’ll drop my ratio down. It took a lot of games to get a stable W/L ratio, and this is going to mess it up. Solo Q shouldn’t be counted, most of my losses from that are 4v5’s

It’s kinda rough to get that 1.83% back. I’m trying to get to 70%, doesn’t matter too much, but it’s a personal goal. It’s easier with a W/L ratio that has lower stats, but once you have this much it’s different.

I think a lot of yolo Q heroes will have a bad win rate overall. Those that only team Q are the lucky ones. To be honest its a bit unfair because its much easier to win in team Q than solo Q. Even as a noob when I started I had higher win rate in team Q than solo Q just by Q’ng up solo.

Yeah for the majority of players it sucks because in the que type they play most their win rate will generally be higher but Wins/Losses has never really been an accurate because some players used second accounts after becoming a strong player whilst others simply didn’t take PvP seriously for a long time resulting in careless losses and are stuck with these on their record.

Resetting the the ratios on the leaderboard but storing them in the pvp record in game for your own viewing could be a nice solution as the new matchmaking won’t cause a huge fluctuation in ratios due to the intended better matchmaking. It will be harder to identify people by their experience however the ladder will hopefully show skill over the time it is present.

My soloq w/l is actually higher then my teamq, but I’ve always just soloed in teamq.

Merge them, reset them, or keep them separate, I honestly don’t really care. Just numbers at the end of the day.

Some players are known for playing on second accounts to protect their precious top 10 rankings in team q (not going to call out specific names).

My other acc cant use forums atm but that account is: 1009-250 in team q (80.14%)
and 729-423 in Solo q (63.28%) Merging them would drop my W/L ratio from 80.14% to 72.08% AN 8% rating drop is huge… and after two years my skill level has greatly increased…. even my team q W/L is deceiving

This is why I want an overall reset of all W/L BUT at the very least dont include solo q

they said they test the rotation, and as it is skyham is part of soloq, so I would say since they combine solo and teamq, it probably will be in the rotation…
