Q:
Leagues system in GW2
A:
From what I gather in the LoL wiki, the league system is basically a block of players within a certain [match-making] rating range.
According to the GW2 wiki, GW2 does this implicitly during matching, but likely due to a lower playerbase at any given time, it doesn’t create such rigid tiers.
^ what this guy said.
I’m positive most of the issues with matchmaking is due to low population. Here’s to hoping Stronghold doesn’t suck and that this expansion brings new faces to pvp.

Let’s face it, we either lose game quality or game quantity (queue times) no matter what system is used, unless we can get a much larger pool of players in PvP.

I dono, facing more difficult odds is challenging and helps one learn, I don’t mind it.
