Rangers are nerfed to the ground…LoL….The buff in Maul wont bring more Power Rangers in line.And y,the cond meta will still carry on
burning being held to 5 stacks is huge. immob can stack now though so that might be an issue
Ele got buffed quite a bit… Lightning Hammer (laugh all you want) is going to be vicious 1v1 against anybody with weak CC defense. Staff Ele heals are back big time. Lava Axe = HGH Ele.

No significant buffs to necros, and none to our condition specs that I see. Unless you want to argue that minions are OP right now.

All duration stacking boons(Aegis, Fury, protection, Regeneration, Retaliation, Swiftness, and Vigor) and conditions(Blind, Burning, Chilled, Cripple, immobilze(now stacks duration), and Poison) now stack to a maximum of 5 times.

I can only hope this is an initial push, and that reductions to other boons and conditions will follow.

Even if it doesn’t the AOE condi spam got nerfed hard if this is the case. I remember the burning from a teamfight stacking up to 40 seconds with two spirit rangers and a necro. Now that would be capped.
Also, the burn on crit traits do not stack together as effectively as before. Dhuumfire, Incendiary Powder, and Sun Spirit become inefficient, just like trying to put more bleeds on a 25 stacked target

Fixed a bug where some skills would remove the visual effect of stealth from the player.

Venomous Aura: Increased the venom share radius to 360.
Just remove that trait, and improve the venoms.
Destroy Shadow Trap: This skill now has a 1.5s cast time. It plays an effect at the thief and the trap location when it is being cast. Added 5 seconds of regeneration.
So it’s not a stunbreaker anymore?

No lol.
That would mean that once burning reaches a certain point of duration anything else that gets stacked is wasted. So instead of 40 s of burning, there could be, say, 16.
If the Sun Spirit is still up then its procs do nothing. This caps the amount of total damage you can get from burning and makes it a bad idea to apply too much burning, because you get no return from it.
Condi builds would then shift from trying to stack burning to stacking bleeds, since poison and burn will be easy as hell to cap.

If these patch notes are true, there are very few gameplay changes that will impact PvP. Warrior/Necro remains completely intact and no classes were equipped with tools to affect the meta.
There are some nice points such as UI changes , tab targeting, and improvements to engi/ele but overall the patch is really underwhelming.
Looks like another month of negativity PvP.

Did you just seriously call the “buffs” to conjures, which are arguably the most worthless skill type the elementalist have except the elite, and a little bit of healing on a mediocre PvP weapons an improvement?
