It does reveal them if you hit them before they get two stacks. It’s fairly balanced as is.
IMO it’s a bug.
Reveal is reveal plain and simple.
If it’s not a bug, then “reveal” wording needs to be changed or the trait needs to say “chance to reveal”.

Technically the trait does what it says it does – it Analyzes the enemy (applies Vulnerability and Revealed). The ‘problem’ is that it’s generally useless since the Stealth has been applied already and applying Revealed (“You cannot Stealth”) doesn’t remove Stealth.
Which makes me wonder if it will be changed to remove Stealth when HoT comes, since Stealth Gyro can remove Stealth.
Pretty sure it’s a bug, or maybe the trait was on ICD. Once again, I’m surprised how you can find people on the forums calling any bug a feature.
It’s probably a bug but honestly, Shadow Refuge should probably be the one stealth skill that is immune to the reveal effects anyway.

It only removes one stack of stealth right now. I think the general consensus is that it’s a bug as we haven’t heard anything from the devs about that being intended.
I sure hope its intended. Stealth is the only defense a thief have, take that away from them and they’ll fall like flies
It’s obviously a bug. Reveal takes you out of stealth and prevents you from re-entering stealth for the duration. Too much thief salt in here.
“Salt” or otherwise, it’s irresponsible on a development level to not consider the current context and usage of a class that benefits from a bug before fixing it, lest you kick someone who’s already down for no real meaningful gain.
