How about locking changing character?

I keep meeting teams that keep swapping characters after they die. If you have fast PC its faster to just switch character then waiting for respawn.

People are also switching character after they die to change builds and even classes.

Why you are unable to change weapon out of combat while you are able to change character?

Ex. Switch character to Caltrops Thief. Solo Guild Lord, Switch back to proper roamer.

topic name is wrong. can mod chang it to Lock Character Swapping?

Fair point, and if you leave the game for any reason and come back in, you should start with full respawn, before you get to leave spawn. (Sucks for disconnects, but it avoids the cheesy tactic of leaving immediately when you are downed and know that the other team will bleed you out.)

You can edit your title mate a mod doesn’t have to do it.
