Well last night we rolled a 4 warrior 1 necro on solo q 3 times in a row with the same people… not sync just lack of people playing.

Won every time. Even with me playing bad lol ( I was trolling around)

Sigh I wonder when warriors won’t be better than every other profession.

if you read the forums Anet is keeping a close eye on warriors. While I don’t expect a huge nerf in the next couple of patches, a few things will be toned down slightly and other classes will have a few things toned up slightly. It will take time, balance is not easy in games like this … this isn’t call of duty or halo where everyone has access to same weapons/skills etc. …

I have made a warrior and am running him hot join now. I think I will soon be ready for solo q tpvp.

I don’t know. I wonder when bads will stop trolling forums. Solo queue is disorganized trash and matchmaking is incredibly broken btw.

tbh ive seen some bad warriors smash some high ranking players so im not really suprised. Anyway have u ever faced a 4 or 5 man warrior team its nothing but Hammer/LB all day long the CC u have to endure is hell itself so like i said i wouldnt be suprised 4 or 5 man warrior team facing a mix match team 90% chance that warrior team will win for sure. People got to understand the class isnt OP but there is little to no risk vs reward in the current warrior state that its in now its literally a braindead easy class to pick up and play and wreck with Now im not saying anyone can do that because not everyone likes pvp or can get used to it but majority of the players who do well numbers speak for themselves lately ive been getting matched up against atleast 3 warriors to a team sometimes 4 like every single match so yea…. lets just think about this.

Just so your aware it was the top 100 all playing warriors vs some 50-250 range on leaderboards. Good players but warriors just made it ridiculous.

What has the 4 warrior team got to do with it?
You simply got lucky with the same ‘winning’ team due to the lack players. Warriors are sure OP in term of mace & hammer burst skills but stop portraying them as ‘unbeatable gods, the most OP class in gw2 history.’ It only shows you’re a whiny bad yourself.
Go do a 5 man warrior against an organised team que – and get back to us

I just hope when Anet tone warrior they wont nerf us to death but i still agree that we are not so OP that other people claim power/condi necro counter our OP regen most of the people who QQ about warrior being OP is talking about 1vs1 because certain build are counter to others they just cant accept the fact they cant win 1vs1 that was me before against mesmer but i learned that 1 build has its counter build, just admit guys we cant win all the time and dont tell me you always win tpvp using warr solo q because that would be a lie. What Anet should do is make more viable build to other class to level with warrs if we guys keep asking certain class to be nerf if we cant win against them then this game will be a joke stop acting like 5 years old that you always want to win everytime i remember i encounter this 1 guy on tpvp solo q trash talking everytime i kill him he cant just face the fact that his not dodging when i cast earthshaker he face tank every blow i throw out then call me OP.

3 months ago – Big buff to Warriors.

2 week later – QQ prevails, changes seem overpowered even after a few weeks. Chain-Stuns, Healing Singet, Mobility, Longbow…all combined seem rather a lot.

ANet – “Wait and see guys, the meta will adapt.”

4 week later – Warriors do even better due to their strong Condition resistance which wreck all other classes. Warrior popularity surges in SPvP and WvW.

QQ continues as Warriors become increasingly dominant with a variety of weapon sets and builds.

ANet – “Wait and see guys, the meta will adapt.”

8 weeks later:

ANet – “Wait and see guys, the meta will adapt.”

12 weeks later:

ANet – “Hmm, better fix Sigil of Paralyzation” after it being broken for over a year. And while it tunes the stun aspect of Warriors a little, it doesn’t change anything about their fundamental imbalance.

But I guess we need to wait 2 more months “for the meta to adapt”.

Here’s the kicker. GW2 isn’t nearly complex or deep enough for classes to be able to adapt much to anything. Builds are deigned around a single trick most of the time and they do the same vs, everything.

GW1 had hundreds of skills and abilities to chose from. There were millions of combinations. GW2 isn’t nearly as deep so “adapting” isn’t really an option.

Be prepared to be called a baddie scrub by the legion of warrior defenders. Even though you are a very good solo q player won’t be enough of a defense. The fact of the matter is in solo q at the very least where you are with random people and there is not the coordination to team queue Warriors current combinations of abilities is just a little too good. Now maybe the answer is you can’t balance around solo q but for the know it alls to just dismiss valid complaints about Warriors in that format is ignorant I don’t care how many 1,000 word posts by people like Burr are generated and spit out like bad form letters because they are telling us that the game style we like to play which is solo q does not matter and is less important then what they enjoy. There is a reason why there are so many in solo q and that is because they are a little too good.

Lol. A 5 man solo queue team against an organized team? Not sure your point.

It’s pretty much obvious to everyone that warriors are OP right now.

Same as team queue since there are not enough people playing.

I remember playing against a team last night that had 4 warriors and a 1 necro and we won that one. They barely got 100 score iirc.

4 warriors only work in solo q…

My team faced a 4 warrior comp in team q and it ended at 500:150

^^ The point I was trying to make was in solo q without communication/coordination it is a hell of a lot harder to beat a 4 warrior comp. Thus the warrior is better than every other profession becuz atm they are.

That’s not secret tho, right now warriors have the best condi, CC, damage builds and they all have 2 things in common:

1. They are all tanks that can hold points
2. All they need to do is land 1 skill on you, just 1 and they go from noobs to gw2 professional players

Lol yup. They went from never used to so over the top. I’d hate to see the new ele once they are OP again. (several months down the line)

But seriously warriors need to be hotfixed.
