I was in queue for over ONE HOUR and then the map closed after 1 hour and ports me to another overflow canceling my queue time.

Guess the game needs more good players like you in your time slot, or you are going to have to get grouped with non-deserving scrubs and carry them to legendary. Pick your poison.
