FYI – Nobody is stopping you 15v15 supporters from hosting your own tournaments. Just sayin’.

Actually resources is stopping them, the fact that game doesn’t do too well when more than 10 people are in 1 area.
The fact that gvg only appeals to a small but vocal bunch that will evitably be the first to jump ship, like they always do anyways.

SEe no point wasting resources on a game mode that is generally the first to die, make one small mistake and they are gone. And even if they had stayed they probably would have jumped to ESO or to the next 15 minute of fame MMO.
