Hoping to start the next season anew. After i got to diamond i tried my hardest but kept losing, kept getting rude afkers and rude players that would throw the match. I just want to have the new season started anew so i can do my best, get my wings and have fun. If my MMR stays the same and i get paired with baddies/rude players/afkers again, whats the point in having a new season that i cant get out of?

Will there be a reset and a division roll back like their was this season or not? straight answer please

there was no mmr reset this season, division roll back happens every season.

MMR reset will not make the problem go away nor address it. Because no matter what the match maker will do it’s kitten nest to hold you to a 50/50 win rate unless you are blessed with good MMR or in a Pre made. ANet would have to redo the whole system to give solo queuers a fair chance based on skill and not some invisible number the players can’t see.

It’s all too late anyway, those that have the rewards won’t play season 4, a lot have gone to overwatch. And like my guild a lot are so tired of the grind they wont touch season 4. I dont think they can do anything to salvage it.

well the reason i stopped to play this season after reaching legend is… yes, the fact that mmr doesnt reset for the new season!
I’m so scared to end up in the mmr hell again that i literaly stop playing!!

well, aside from this all, If im diamond now, what division will i be next season?
