Why are not punished ??

Sure, why not allow port and speedhacks too… and godmode.

As to why its not being “punished”… probably because its difficult to proof, if you “only” chain skills together to one keypress. Not to say its completely impossible, but well… software that detects stuff like that usually costs a lot of money.
