I want to be able to duel with my friends, but as it is beginning to look right now. . . it is going to cost me MONEY per month to do this via Custom Arenas.

I don’t have money to pay for GW2 per month for this feature.

Please add a way OUTSIDE of PvP that IS NOT custom arenas for friends to fight each other and test their skills. Paying for this feature by the month when even free to play MMOs offer it freely is ridiculous!

dueling in The Mists would be cool

You can still enter empty Arenas.

You aren’t forced to pay for dueling at all.

You a renting a fully customizable server, where you can duel if you wish. You can also do lots more with it.

Just use the empty servers if dueling is all you want

Some players are also likely to make dueling servers with large number of player spaces with rules like : interfere with a duel = ban.
