Making a new character and having to collect all your favourite dyes once again is extremely irritating (especially if you don’t pve, aka no gold)

esp if u consider that pvp dont generate gold to exchange to gems to unlock new char places.. so u are forced to delete ur char and loosing any progress u done with colors. and on top u cant even buy new ones, cause u has no gold as spvp.

idk what’s making you delete your characters but spvp has a more consistent way to collect dyes than pve tbh.

you can craft them in the mystic forge with Slivers+dust+orbs+consumable token

I’ve collected hundreds of dyes this way.

im not cause u know the colors are random and i always got crappy colors..

its how i said. if u are not one of the top teams who are winning regularly paid tournaments u has no income at least not that amount that u can exchange ca 16 gold for 800 gems for a new characterslot. so u only has 5 and if u want to test or play a new class u need to delete 1 char… simple. how i said

Buy new character slots, they are cheap.

And support a game that hasn’t given the player base any BASIC PvP features. Yeah I give money where its deserved. I bought this game Expecting to buy gems, I have the disposable income for it but they haven’t done anything for PvP for 6 months + all the betas. And honestly it got worse since the betas. At least in the betas there was no RNG and ranks actually ment you got the gear you wanted.

There is no matchmaking, no rankings, no dueling, no new game modes, no spectator mode, and much more (just check this forum wont take long to find everything its missing.)

And the bugs, should I even go their? The same bugs have been around since BE1…

/end rant (not really its about time arena net starts getting a huge loss in player-base till they get their act together and make some progress toward their “AAA esport.” They certainly are losing me February is their make it or break it. )

Overall if they cared about their PvP then I’m sure players would be willing to buy gems, but they don’t so no, don’t you dare spend money on gems if you play this game for the pvp.

What buying gems? Who buys gems for real money seriously. I am a good player I earned gems through tournaments cause I am good. As for the majority of the player don`t buys gems for money only two things worth buying character slots and tournament tickets.
As for the dyes they are cosmetic, you dont become suddenly a good player running around with 150 dyes of which you use only like 4 anyway. So who gives a frak? Account bound dyes, yeah nice to have but most certainly not necessary.
