Guild Wars 2

1. Increase cooldown on passive traits by 20-25%
2. Instead of triggering automatically, give us a proc ability that shows up only when conditions are met

it seems nice idea but it will be insanely hard to place these skills on bar will there be active bassiv limit than ? and classes with multible has different slots for passivs?also will wepon sigils on crit count there and traits what activate on crit and some of passivs have % chance to activate It feels much trouble maibe only do it for passiv defences???
