I’ve been almost exclusively PvPing since the betas, and yet only just found this trick the other week:

Jumping to Keep Wall on Forest

Are there any other tricks like this that people might have missed?

I think this doesn’t deserve a fix, it’s not very easy to reach top of the ledge from this way.

It’s a good skill trick.

there’s another one in the back you can get to with a Warrior hammer.

We used to kitten around and do races on this map. its fun learning jumping tricks

Like by the Mine base, you can actually get to the point faster if u climb over the rock (not as “OMG THIS EXISTS?!”) but still kinda cool

Fix it! Fix it with the map editor!

At least if the other side doesn’t have a similar path.

Maps with small, hard to find shortcuts like this are awesome. I love finding new tactics to maps that I’ve run a million times that makes them feel new again. It also makes it feel like there’s a real payoff to learning the ins and outs of maps.

one is known the other I do not know

I’m still floored that they ‘fixed’ half the teleport shortcuts, left this one(teleporting to that keep wall), and made the rest drastically more unreliable or impossible to do properly because the rules for teleports are hilariously nonintuitive in a game that’s supposedly esport ready.

Maybe what you just showed them is the reason that teleport exists and it will also soon die.

The jumps very much remind me of TF2 Rocket Jumping, or Unreal Tournament Shield/Hammer Jumps. remembers the good ole days

Now unsure if this is intended or not! Regardless, I echo the views of the other players, its cool! Leave it in.

I regret to say that I dont really know anymore, though you can reach a ledge on the other side of keep. I trust most people know that on the bear side of spirit watch you can jump up the side of the rock rather than running all the way down to the slope, an interesting choice that could make the map rather unsymmetrical.

I really put this up to show people but also to see other cool tricks that didn’t require jumping moves, while the teleport things are cool. I guess theyre going to be rare though!
