Map vote is great... in theory.
As a middle school math teacher I have to ask:
Are you upset about your luck? or do you have a misunderstanding of how probability works? a 10% chance is not that small. There is a 1% chance of that instance happening twice in a row. That 1% occurrence is all but certain to happen to many players every day.
If you play enough matches, the law of large numbers says things should start to even out. (google it :p)
Voting for a map adds one chance of it being selected. In case you didn’t notice, once the voting period is over, the wheel is spun to determine which map will be chosen at random.
One vote equals one chance. The only time it’s a sure bet is when every vote is for the same map.
Yea, there’s still a chance for the map only 1 person voted on to get chosen…but I think that’s a good design.
I wouldn’t change a thing about the map voting system…except maybe for some maps available to be voted on, lol.
it should be called map roulette and not map vote. :p
or perhaps map vote roulette !!!
LET THE WHEEL SPIN !!!!!
what teh hell is the POINT of map vote if the system picks the map for itself anyway…many times I see a winning map get 4 out of 2 points and the system stil lpicks map with 2 pts????
this system is a huge boost to how much REAL data they are able to gather about player preference of maps. it used to be mostly just hearsay.

You’re upset that a one in three chances outcome actually happened? It’s not like it’s a small chance.
