Please consider a team of 3 (example) with 2 diamonds and 1 Amber

With your system, it’s like there was 3 rubis-players but consider them as 3 diamonds !!! If an amber player joins 2 diamonds, it’s obvious he isn’t a beginner !

More easily, with team of 2-3-4-5, just rate them based on the stronger player ( 2 rubis 1 saphirre 1 amber = 4 rubis), for preventing exploit and it’s make sense.
