The punishment of leavers, afkers is still very SOFT. On gunbound quitters lost GOLD and Rank, they get a clear message that they will hurt themselves.

You are seeing that, AFKers and leavers are increasing because. ANet don’t punish them but rewards them. Other players simply get fed up with these people and ANet’s stance on the players and completely stop playing. Thus increasing the ratio these leavers and AFKers get put in your matches.
