In Soloqueue you have to communicate via text chat. After a certain amount of texts the system marks me as spamer and I cant text anymore.

Would it be possible to delete the spam detection in Arenas?

I doubt he’s talking about “spam”, more so it’s just easier to type “mine” rather than coming up with 5 different ways to say “need help at the mine” it so you don’t get locked out of being able to communicate with simple quick words.

It happened to me as we’ll and I most definitely was not spamming.

You’re supposed to use squad chat!

Ya, WvW players have been complaining about this for months. Maybe they’ll finally fix it.

This game doesn’t promote teamplay, so if you try to chat & communicate you will be banned for spamming

go play wow if you want to communicate, in gw2 we only spam condis to win

I was blocked from the team text chat after typing 8 messages in the form of “c2, f safe” etc.pp. over the course of 4 minutes.
Really? That is “excessive messaging”?

At least in the PvP team chat the threshold has to be considerably raised.

Relying on the chat to communicate means you’re assuming all your teammates are native English speakers. Not always the case.

I find pinging and drawing on the map to be more effective communication. Allies just respond faster and do what you want them to when they see flashing red colors on their screen.

Well, I could try that, too.
Enemy numbers can possibly be drawn besides a map ping to provide more information.

Yes, and there is no limitation on map pings/drawing. Ping the kitten out of that map!
