When is changing characters during a match actually going to give you dishonor and lock you out of the game, currently you can die off point, enemy team can keep you there dead, but you can simply change characters and respawn instantly with no penalty, it says it’s going to give you 16 minutes of dishonor, but it doesn’t, and changing characters like that should be considered cheating.

Already addressed. Anet will change it so a character change will give you a respawn time equal to your max bleedout time.
