Mesmer has enough going for them 1v1. They don’t need a 10 second disable on top of everything else.

I’d prefer it if they didn’t have the strongest burst in the game on a 10 second cooldown along with invulnerability, I’d also prefer if Phantasmal Duelist didn’t do such nonsensical damage, each shot being a projectile finisher.

But hey, Arenanet is too busy breaking Necromancer with tooltip fixes.

Moa morph has more an issue in that it lost its escape ability (or at least I think it did, it’s been a while since I was morphed). It has no defensive cooldowns to offset the fact that there is no way to remove it, and as such you’re open to a free burst.

That and it breaks sigils.

Moa didn’t lose the escape ability, however the travel distance used to be much higher (on par with RtL) which is one of the reasons few people used the skill.

Ahh alright, then perhaps that could use a reversal or at least extension. Perhaps just give it a “Withdraw” nature that it breaks immob/chill/crippled (possible even outright cantrip) while maintaining the current nerfed distance.
