NA/EU transfer bug - Where did sticky go?

Q:

For a year there has been a sticky in this forum regarding a horrible bug causing you to miss out on tPvP chests after transferring between EU and NA servers. Anyone know where this stickied thread went? Was the bug fixed, or did they remove the only helpful information that existed on the topic?

Thanks. So they unstickied it, but did not fix the bug? Any idea at all as to why the information was removed?
