mesmer is really strong right now pre patch i can win against them depending on my build and theirs but right now whatever build or counter build i try they melt me in seconds.

Just cut out the unimportant things.

This is one of the best patches, with the minor fixes still rolling out, that the game has had yet for pvp.
The problem is that people think that they need to play berserker, even if they dont really have the skills to survive on it, then they complain on forum that everything is broken. i think the OP in this post gets killed and kills to many people that play berserker when they shouldnt and that makes everything look unbalanced and defect.

Good mechanical defense is now rewarded and players who die too much need to look over amulets and skill and add some survive.

Ppl dont realise, but the reason we got a complete overall to mechanics, blance, trait and skills, during a live running fuctioning game is because they wanted to give it a test on live enviorment before it goes into HOT. in meny ways its a beta test, and I kinda enjoy it.
When HoT arrives they’r expecting lots of new players and old players coming back, I hope our effort will gve them soft entrance to a well blanced eviorment with almost no bugs.

One shotting noobs is fun and all that. I can kinda feel your excitement guys

But OP is right in one thing (even thou he sounds very upset) – GW2 PVP currently looks absolutely unattractive to new players since TTK has been reduced to literally 1-3 sec. There is nothing attractive to be one shotted by “skilled veteran players”. I highly doubt that would be considered a “skilled play”

I can see why your posts get deleted. You’re very toxic. I’m sure the devs will make further changes to this new-forming meta, but not with help from unconstructive posts like yours. There’s already heavy constructive discussion on this matter elsewhere.

I think this person is onto something. Look for adjustments at HoT time.

you wanna know whats funny? que times are even faster since the patch. So somehow I doubt people are leaving in the thousands.

Before the noobs could choose an El d/d to survive and start thinking they were playing well, now who miss first loses. people will start to learn dodges and to mitigate.

Noobs will learn in the best way possible, this is the real world and its cruel!

I stopped playing too, last update completly broke class balance and now this is just the most unbalanced competitive MMo I’ve ever seen.
Considering all the gear is supposed to be equal Anet is far from having an eSport here.
