Mark of Blood and Grasping Dead was nerfed (-1 bleed stack) for PvP because of Dhuumfire. Now when is Dhuumfire nerfed to the ground and condi necro is in bad spot isnt a right time to reverse these changes?

There are quite a few “incorrect” nerfs still sitting around which should be rolled back.
