Was playing on my mesmer earlier and downed a power necro with around 8-9k hp left. In the time I took to spike him he downed me from 8k health with a few pulse from downstate auto. There were no minions around either. Wtf?

They fix traits that were supposed to work in downed state you got hit with CoD +100% more incoming damage. It should have been like that since beta ,safe stomp him!!!

Edit : It’s 70% more not a 100.

Downed damage applies to Chill of Death now, so once you hit 50% he hit you with a Chill of Death proc that had a 50% and 20% damage boost, plus a long AA channel, and possibly air/fire sigil procs as well since it ticks 3 times per second.
