Holding tryouts for the guild: Looking For Group [LFG]
Guild Team: The Broserkers

Last season we had made it to rank 29 on the guild leaderboards at one point with an 80%+ win ratio in ranked, well in to our 30th match until Christmas came around and players began getting burnt out on pip grinding and the dedication of logging in and playing with five man teams. When my core choice players began logging in less frequently, I began subbing one slot to intermediates and then two slots to intermediates, so on and so forth and slowly but surely our win ratio dropped to around 63% as well as our ranking down to 98 and lower in the end due to decay. Eventually I put a halt to running the guild team: The Broserkers, due to lack of dedicated players with enough experience to at least compete amongst the top 25.

I don’t want to see this happen again in season 2.

I am looking for experienced and dedicated players who:

• Are easy to get along with on TS3.
• Cooperate well with team leaders and team strategies.
• When in disagreement, discuss matters instead of argue.
• Willing to except when build/class changes are necessary.
• Less concerned about pip farming and more concerned with guild league ranking.
• Have a sincere desire to play through season 2 until the end

Looking For Group [LFG] is a NA guild that plays primarily between 7:00 pm – 2:00 am (eastern) time zone. Many play during earlier hours as well but most of the guild team tag games will be between the 7:00 pm – 2:00 am (eastern) time frame.

I am looking to begin play with a comp of: Druid/Scrapper/Herald/Daredevil with the fifth being a swingman to change in and out between different classes to help counter specifics comps before a match starts. As of now, each role is potentially open for try out.

Do you play reaper? I am surprised not to see reaper in that list.

You know what, sign me up. At this point, I am just looking for consistency and I could pick up thief again will a little practice.

We may need a Reaper in.
