there needs to be an easy way to connect with other players, even without forming a “team”.
CURSE VOICE would be that. it works in SMITE so….
voice is THE WAY to coordinate. and it makes the other players seem more real and its more social.
EVERY competitive game needs voice.

Valve DOTA 2and CSGO say hello. It’s true that there are kittens, but you can block them or disable it completely.
It’s easier to integrate an already existing third party solution than developing a VoIP system from scratch.
Voice comm in MMOs is pretty much the definition of wasted developer time. Because it takes huge amounts of resources to do well, and even then it’s not gonna be anywhere near as good as TS3/Ventrilo/whathaveyou.

I’ve watched a video of this software, and I’m wary about how this software is able to detect other user’s current game status and it’s ability to detect the death of the dragon or baron. It may be doing it by packet sniffing or by memory scanning, or both. I’d advise everyone to take caution installing any third party applications, especially those with undocumented program processes.
