u need revenants to chase the down body, or thief, even reapers can aslong u have the down guy targeted.

If anything Transfusion needs a range increase to at least 900 range. Search and rescue is fine. It’s a niche skill and it’s fine where it is.
SnR is only broken on Kyhlo because you teleport people through the clocktower and walls in general. Apart from that you get only a very few rezzes against good people who expect it.
Keep in mind where ranger stands, only a few rangers actually move before using SnR… as soon as someone gets downed, run to ranger and cleave + cc. Kill downed, kill ranger, kill ranger-pet… SnR operation failed.
What really annoys me though, is when there’s TWO rangers… or even three… they just port and port and port… so much leg-work hurts my little asura legs…
I can counter that if enemy has necro and i can steal fear to save it for SnR but if i don’t have it currently or enemy happend not to have necro it is almost impossible to interrupt that by myself (OR if ranger has stab up). Even if i interrupt ranger, pet still rezzes, by the time i interrupt pet, the person is already rezzed. Add another ranger to the mix and it is almost impossible to kill anyone. They will just keep rezzing whoever goes down.

The only time on a rev I have trouble against the skill is if the druid has stability up. Downed players when rezzed have low HP anyway. The okizeme game is important as it simply isn’t realistic to always stomp a downed player so you need to prepare for when they get up. Stop rezzes if possible and bleed out some extra damage on the rezzer but know if you don’t anticipate correctly they’ll be back into the game.
Druid is in a spot where I don’t dread seeing them on my team or theirs and even play it or perhaps even main it myself this season.

It doesn’t need a teleport. It should act like the Engi’s Function Gyro – send the pet to the body as an additional rezzer.

You are playing thief main I assume? start stomp → signet → finish stomp…. or just kill rezzed again. Only cleave if there’s nothing that kills you straight away.
The only problem I see with this skill is that it teleports allies that are not in line of sight to the pet. If the pet can’t see the ally, they should not be able to teleport them, like from clock tower capture point the tunnel underneath in Khlyo, or from the lanes to the supply in Champion’s Dusk.
Teleport the druid to the body instead.

No this skill is okay… just cooldown should be a bit higher… something like 90seconds
No it’s not OK. There’s too many stupid teleports in the game making positioning virtually unnecessary. Specially when they ignore geography and line of sight.
Positioning is supposed to be a key component to tactics/strats/making plays. It’s also one of the key reasons why PvP is kittening horrible to spectate in this game.

Meta build doesn’t run inf signet. Besides stomping thief is a free kill.

Seriously, you are playing with 4 other teammates against 5 enemies…. you are overly dramatic… just learn to see what to do when and stop yelling for nerfes that arent strictly necessary.
you are drastically oversimplifying the tactical advantage of porting a downed player out of a bad position to a position of relative safety out of line of sight.
this is not skillful. stop saying it is

but this nerf is strictly necessary. the cooldown is too short for such a powerful skill. and dont come with interrupt it.. on foefire a good ranger will teleport his mate on a ledge, in nifhel behind a statue/rock etc. there are always places where you can teleport him, ignoring LoS and where it takes more time to find and interrupt them then it takes the druid to ress the person.
I didn’t like this ability at first and thought it needed a nerf…
But now that the meta has settled a bit, I’m ok with it. It’s still a very strong skill, but it’s not as strong a rez as bunker rezzmers of the last meta were and druids overall feel strong enough to be competitive without being too strong.
