This is more to improve the playstyles for ele’s.

The amulet would have the following stats:

1050 power
1050 tougness
560 vitality
560 concentration

That way eles can build similar to this

someone is trying to revive old d/d ele but i dont think they will add a new amulet now, since we got 2 new amus.. maybe after s3..?
